This method is similar to the previous one  . Open the injection port by removing the protective cap. Use an alcohol prep for the disinfection of the entrance and the injection port. Pierce with the needle. Inject the spore solution evenly on the substrate inside the Spawn-Bag or Grow box to grow the mycelium. After the B+ spore solution has been injected, remove the syringe and close the injection port with the protective cap.
